THE RELEASE
This morning the Department of War published the third tranche of declassified UAP records at war.gov/UFO. The archive has now taken more than 1.7 billion hits since it opened five weeks ago, roughly the population of China clicking through a government UFO library in a month.
The count this time: 53 documents, 10 images, six videos, and three NASA audio recordings. We mirrored the full set within the hour.
One thing separates Release 03 from the first two. The first two drops were built on military sensor footage, gun-camera infrared and targeting-pod video. This one leads with sworn civilian testimony and federal law-enforcement material. Four of the six videos are handheld eyewitness recordings. Two more are FBI digital recreations of an event reported by federal agents. The government is no longer just showing you what its sensors saw. It is showing you what its own people swore to.

Total runtime is two hours and 46 minutes, longer than most feature films. Chapter markers jump to each individual clip, so you can skip straight to the orbs or sit through the whole record in order. We added nothing but those chapter markers and our standard bumper. The footage itself is unedited public-domain U.S. Government work, cropped by the FBI in one case to protect a private citizen’s identity and otherwise untouched. No narration. No enhancement. No commentary laid over the top. The point is to let you see exactly what the government released, in one place, without the algorithm burying eight of the nine clips.
The individual files go up across the day as standalone uploads. The supercut is the fast way to see all of it now.
THE FOOTAGE
The four eyewitness videos all come from the same sparsely populated stretch of the northeastern United States, recorded between 2021 and 2025. The FBI assessed the witnesses as highly credible.
In “Triangle Orbs” (2021), a single intense light near the horizon resolves into multiple points turning around each other. In “Red Orb Rotation” (2022), two red sources hang stationary while the lower one slowly rotates around the upper. In “Orbs Over the Pond” (2024), a plasma-like sphere hovers above a pond about half a mile out, changing shape and splitting into smaller points, and holds position for roughly 45 minutes, longer than most police helicopter sorties, before vanishing without a sound. In “Northeastern Orb Sighting” (2025), a homeowner and their spouse watch two red spheres with white plasma centers rise, move westward in tandem as though tethered, and merge.
The remaining two videos are different. They are FBI digital recreations of an event with no eyewitness footage, because of where it happened.
THE WITNESSES
Over two days in October 2023, five United States federal law-enforcement special agents reported unidentified anomalous phenomena near a sensitive national security site in the western United States. Their accounts are preserved in the release as five separate sworn narrative statements. The All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office logged the case, worked it, and as of June 2026 still lists it as unresolved.
Federal agents do not file five corroborating statements lightly, and the government does not commission artistic reconstructions of events it has explained. We have seen this shape before. The senior intelligence officer narrative in Release 02, the one that left a flight crew “virtually speechless,” described orange orbs over a mountain test range. This is the same category of witness, the same kind of site, the same refusal to close the file. That thread is the spine of the forensic breakdown we are writing now.
THE TAPES
The three NASA audio recordings are the historical counterweight to the modern footage.
Two are Apollo 16 scientific debriefings from Houston. In the first, principal investigators walk the crews through preliminary results and note an unreported “flash” observation beginning at 25:15. In the second, while discussing correlations between data sets, a voice offers an off-hand line at 32:41: “Could be an alien starbase or something, I don’t know.” It is a throwaway remark in a technical meeting, which is exactly what makes it worth hearing.
The third tape is older still. In November 1962, Walter Cronkite asked Mercury astronaut Gordon Cooper what he made of UFOs. Cooper answered that a large number of exceptionally well-qualified people had seen objects with no logical explanation, and that there may be other planets with livable atmospheres and life of their own. Sixty-four years later the Department of War filed that interview under the same program as the orb footage.
THE RECORD
The documents are where the next briefing lives, and they reach back further than the videos. Release 03 includes a 1949 U.S. Army “Flying Saucer Study” prepared for the Plans and Operations Division of the General Staff, a direct sibling to the 1949 Los Alamos material we have already documented. It includes the 1952 CIA Scientific Advisory Panel report, the Robertson Panel, the foundational document of the modern debunking era. It includes a full Colorado Springs case file from 2022, FBI interview forms and an intelligence-community analysis, from the home of NORAD and U.S. Space Command.

THE SENTINEL ASSESSMENT:
The first two PURSUE releases let the government hide behind its instruments. Blurry infrared, unnamed platforms, sensor artifacts the skeptics could wave away. Release 03 removes that exit. Four of these videos were shot by civilians who handed their phones to the FBI and were judged credible. Two more reconstruct an event that five federal law-enforcement agents reported at a national security site and that AARO cannot close. The pattern that runs from the 1949 Army study to a flight crew left speechless in 2025 does not break here. It gains five more sworn witnesses. I haven't gotten very far in this third batch of files, because I had to stop at the Zimbabwe incident.
First off, I feel it is important to know that the Ariel School incident, which has been well documented, happened in Zimbabwe in 1994. The late Dr. John Mack was involved too.

While the documentary was in production, I contacted one of the producers, Anne Krzanowski, about several things, but mainly to make them aware that the late Jim Marrs had written a book, 'Alien Agenda' where he talked about an alleged underground alien base---in Zimbabwe. The base had been seen by a government 'remote viewer'.
Her response: "Thank you so much for your email with the information you found on the possible UFO underground base in Zimbabwe. Mt. Nyangani in Zimbabwe is reported to be a place where people disappear but I hadn't heard about the UFO base or the remote viewer. I definitely will look more into that."
I don't know if she did look into the 'alien base' story, and the finished documentary focused on the children and other witnesses around it, but I have never forgotten it...which is why 'Zimbabwe' got my attention.
