THE SIGNAL #014: THE SCATTER

For weeks the board moved on one big story at a time. This week it scattered, and every name traded on its own catalyst while a fourth file release landed on Friday.

THE WEEK

For a month, the board moved on one big story at a time. Everything rose together. Then a ceasefire pulled it down. Then a budget pushed it back up. Each week had a single dominant variable that sorted the whole set.

This week there was no single variable. The board scattered.

The materials leader cooled off its record high even as analysts raced to raise targets on it. The reactor monopoly fell for an index-mechanics reason we flagged last issue, now with the correct cause identified. One defense prime took an analyst target cut. A drone name cratered on a lawsuit. The rest of the primes went quiet. Seven signals, and this week they moved on seven different catalysts, none of them shared.

Meanwhile, the disclosure story kept its rhythm. The Pentagon released its fourth batch of UAP files on Friday, and we rehosted the video records on our YouTube channel.

Below: the scatter with verified prices, the fourth tranche, the flat prediction markets, and the open call status across all seven signals. All prices are as of the July 13 close.

THE SCATTER

No theme this week. Seven separate stories instead.
