THE WEEK
This was the loudest week the disclosure beat has produced since we launched the series.
The White House stood up a formal scientific body to study Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena and placed a Harvard astrophysicist with direct ties to one of our signals at the head of it. The government released its third batch of declassified files, and the timing of that release landed squarely inside a prediction market window we had been tracking. A long-running forensic thread on our publishing side closed out. And on the equity board, the materials leadership we flagged two weeks ago did not just continue, it accelerated into fresh record highs.
For nine issues the prediction market section has been a quiet tracking feature. This week it had its first real resolution event. We walk through it below.

THE COUNCIL
On June 12 and 13, Avi Loeb announced that the White House, the All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, the FBI, and the broader intelligence community had asked him to assemble and chair a new UAP Science Advisory Council. The stated purpose is to bring scientific rigor to the study of anomalous phenomena, with an emphasis on collecting and analyzing high-quality data rather than relitigating old material. The announcement landed the same day as the third file release.
Loeb leads the Galileo Project at Harvard. The Galileo Project is the connective tissue to S-05 [ARCHITECTURE]. When we opened that signal, we traced the propulsion-geometry thesis of an interstellar object to Frank Laukien, the chief executive of Bruker (NASDAQ: BRKR) and a Galileo Project co-founder. The same scientific network that produced our architecture signal is now the network the federal government has formally tasked with studying UAP.
