One thing that I can tell you for certain is that MIGs were RUSSIAN fighter planes. I remember them, and the US had F-4s and F-5s at that time. So, the fact that 13 MIGS are mentioned chasing a UFO is significant. I have read that it was not unusual for Russia (old 'Soviet Union') and the US to cooperate on UFO information. What you wrote indicates that cooperation may be true.
Marco Rubio, our Sec. of State pushed for more government transparency on UFOs for years, and even appeared in 'The Age of Disclosure'. When Trump picked Rubio for the State Dept...I think that was a bigger factor than many realize.
